It seems to me that at this time of year, November, people are depressed.  I think it's because it gets dark at 4:30, it's getting cold. On the weekend the Spirit of the Hills hosted the Great Portrait Challenge. 4 of us artists spent Saturday morning creating a portrait of Lou Rinaldi, MPP of Northumberland-Quinte West.
