Happy New Year

I managed to finish this piece over the holidays. 
It's 48" x 36" and was easy to work on with my new super-duper easel.

  1. Hi Nancy. I am the guy who took the original picture that you based this on and I must tell you I love it. I didn't see anything special in the picture I took, just that the lighting was cool, but you obviously saw something in it that I didn't. Stunning

Toronto Online Art Fair

Back to figurative painting...

I don't know how artists concentrate on the same subjects exclusively.  I usually have at least 2 paintings on the go at any time totally unrelated to the other. At the moment, I have 5 paintings unfinished!
